Sold on eBay

Bought and sold on eBay......
eBay is an awesome resource.... sort of. I buy and sell a lot on eBay. I buy measuring tools, machine tool parts, computer parts, and have even bought a machine tool. I also sell a lot. 99% of my transactions have been trouble free. But every once in a while I get that one customer that wants a refund within seconds of the tracking info showing it has been delivered. Can you set something to automatically request a refund as soon as tracking info shows its delivered.
I once sold a Fanuc spindle motor. The buyer filled a claim through eBay that it didn't work..two days before he received it. Yes, eBay refunded his money.
My latest adventure is over a set PT-CODA Micon cards that I've sold to a guy that has no idea how to properly install them or handle delicate electronics. And even though I've offered up a copy of how to reload the machine parameters and other technical assistance this will be another one that the end I have a feeling I will lose.

Should it be a casting?

I still can't believe that the customer hasn't switched this part over to a casting. 

Put out to pasture

Another local shop moved this Hurco out into the parking lot this week. Really kind of sad, it isn't that old a machine. Goes to show what happens without regular maintenance.
